Todd has been building custom homes on Cape Cod since 1996. Todd graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating, Todd worked as a Project Engineer in the Bridge Division of the Maryland State Highway Department in Baltimore from 1990 - 1994. He was later hired as a project manager for John W. Brawner Contracting, Inc., a bridge and institutional construction company located in Phoenix, MD from 1994 – 1996.
